1. Question: What is special about Essence Oasis realtor products?

2. Question : What scents or essential oils are most effective to handle a vacant home and which create the most sales?
Answer: The same scents and products I recommend SPECIFICALLY FOR REALTORS are effective for either a vacant or occupied home, it's just the application that may differ.
YOU HAVE GOT TO BE THERE FOR ANYTHING INVOLVING HEAT OF COURSE LIKE A CANDLE.
Here are the products and scents I recommend and their benefits for selling homes:
LAVENDER EUCALYPTUS - calming yet refreshing, clarifies the air, also helps alleviate the blues, Pure lavender and eucalyptus oil blend with a hint of lime.
* Alleviates stale odors and stubborn odors, like fish, smoke, pet odors, and camphor. Definitely a classy aroma.
* Really nice in your car (we have special non electric ceramic diffusers for cars) and lasts for months. Your clients will love it consciously or subconsciously!
CITRUS REFRESH - exhilarating and refreshing blend of a variety of citrus oils. Energizing and mood lifting. Improves mental clarity and memory. Cleans odors out of the air. Sweet Orange, Tangerine, Orange, Mandarin, Lime, Lemon and Grapefruit pure essential oils.
*Also, this blend will kill mold and germs in lurking spots like the kitchen and bathrooms. My recommendation is to pour it down the drains and pour some in the toilets. Also, you can swipe down any counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, showers as well as the commodes, do not remove let it sit wherever placed.
*It is a very effective cleaner as well. Remember a little will go a long way, but the more you use the better the result long term. Use gloves while applying. You can add water and place about 20 drops in a small spray bottle (2oz) for cleaning.
* Also cleans odors out of the air without masking them. If you are a citrus person you will LOVE this one.
CINNAMON - very strong scent. Will eliminate all odors. Very inviting home scent. Spicy.( fantastic very long lasting scent but can be irritating if gets on skin) Pure Cinnamon oil. * Probably one of the longest lasting after application.
* It will irritate if it gets on your skin, so use gloves.
*Replaces the need to bake anything, better than a wax candle for scent effect
* Will also eliminate odors in drains.
* Can place on pine cones!!
* Great in the kitchen.
* Fantastic with the holiday season!
* For the holiday season can be mixed with other traditional holiday season aromas.
HOLIDAY CINNAMON ORANGE - Just what you need for the holidays! Strong and delicious scent. Will eliminate all odors. Very inviting Holiday home scent. Spicy and Sweet.( fantastic very long lasting scent but can be irritating if gets on skin) Pure Cinnamon and Orange oils. Probably one of the longest lasting after application. Same benefits as Cinnamon above.
MINT DELIGHT - cleans the air thoroughly. Assists with breathing. Cooling. Mood uplifting. Reduces fatigue. (fantastic very long lasting scent but can be irritating if gets on skin) Peppermint, Spearmint, Eucalyptus Oils. Can be used throughout the house.
* Again use gloves if you have sensitive skin
* Will clean drains and nasty bathrooms. Also place in shower stalls.
* No odors will survive this blend.
* Very strong and very long lasting.
* This one will say I am sparkling clean and fresh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MOLD BUSTER - DOUBLE CONCENTRATE of the our finest blend of the most effective oils to kill, inhibit, prevent mold, bacteria and viruses.
2. Question - Are these oils for my skin as well?
Answer - NO. They are too concentrated and therefore too strong.
These are PURE ESSENTIAL OILS FOR AIR not skin.
3. Question - Can you give me some additional suggestions on how to use these oils to their best advantage?

MY NEW FAVORITE - natural reed aroma wands placed in lovely decanters with essential oils.
In essential oil burners (with or without tealightcandles) - we have some beautiful ones in our catalog.
Ceramic non-electric car diffusers - just add a few drops within as needed.
Lamp rings - place a few drop in one and the scent will last for hours.
Waterfalls - add a few drops essential oils to your waterfall with spring or purified water to cleanse the air and promote total relaxation. Ahhhh......
Essential oils last much longer than artificial sprays and air fresheners. They are much more powerful and refreshing. Once you've had the real thing you can't go back. Usually lasts for months.
You may also burn in glass candle with eternal wicks, they are gorgeous. Special order only.
4. Question : What precautions should I take?
Answer:
* Please use caution with pure essential oils, they are not to be applied to the skin except where specified and wash hands thoroughly after handling. Use gloves. Be careful of them near your eyes. NOT for eating or any type of internal use. Don't place directly on wood. Do not let children handle.
*Mix with water to burn, watch burner carefully as tealights candles burn quickly.
5. Question : Can you make the scent in a more diluted version for me in either a spray and or body perfume?
Answer: YES!
6. QUESTION: Will you custom blend something I request for my own unique fragrance?
ANSWER: ABSOLUTELY! I WOULD BE LOVE TO!
7. Question: Can I mix and match and make a gift basket?
